The International Classical Theater Festival of Mérida has been working for many years to extend its influence, magic and contribution to the Performing Arts beyond the Roman Theater of Mérida. This has led to a collaboration with the Regina Theater Festival, of Casas de Reina.
By virtue of this collaboration, the Mérida Festival sponsors the most important show of this event organized by the Casas de Reina City Council. This year is the sixteenth edition.
This summer, Regina Festival goers will be able to enjoy the plays premiered at the last 68th edition, Miles Gloriosus and El Aroma de Roma, and a new show in collaboration with the ONCE Group: Lisístritata, with the Samaruc Theater company.
